Equipped with a preheat independent infrared ceramic three-zone temperature control, this versatile station offers both hot air heating and soldering functionalities. The embedded industrial PC and high-definition touch screen provide an intuitive human-machine interface. With independent, high-precision closed-loop temperature controls for the upper and bottom heating zones, it ensures precise rework processes. The kit includes 170 direct heat stencils, a reballing station, leaded solder balls, solder flux, vacuum suction pen, high-temperature resistant tape, aluminum tape, a brush, desoldering wick, scraper, and ESD tweezers. Ideal for welding, removing, or repairing packaged devices such as BGA and PBGA, it supports both solder and lead-free rework on chips up to 80x80mm and PCBs up to 415x325mm.
