Terms governing direct purchases, payments, US delivery, returns, warranties, accounts and use of the Jumbo Industrial store.
The seller and this agreement
These Terms of Service & Sale govern use of jumboindustrial.com and direct purchases from Jumbo Industrial (“Jumbo Industrial,” “we,” “us” or “our”). “You” means the person placing an order or using the website and, where that person acts with authority for a business, that business. Our store supplies tools, machinery, facility equipment and commercial kitchen products for delivery to eligible United States addresses.
Read these terms before ordering. The order contract includes the accepted product description, price, quantity, delivery terms and expressly agreed product-specific conditions, together with these terms and the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes data practices; agreeing to a purchase is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Eligibility and authority to order
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and authorized to use the chosen payment method. If ordering for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. Provide accurate purchaser, contact and delivery information so that we can process the order and communicate about it.
We may reasonably limit an order where a product cannot legally be supplied, a destination cannot be served, quantities are unavailable, or there is a substantiated fraud or payment-security concern. We do not use this discretion to avoid existing contractual or statutory duties. Where an order is declined or cancelled, we notify you and release an authorization or refund amounts collected as applicable.
Order submission, confirmation and acceptance
Placing an order submits your request to purchase the listed goods on the terms displayed. Review the product, quantity, delivery address, shipping services, tax and total before selecting the final payment button. An automated receipt acknowledges that the order reached us; acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
We may need to confirm availability or freight arrangements before accepting an order. An internal acceptance process does not reset a shipment deadline or permit indefinite retention of payment. If we cannot accept the order, we promptly notify you and refund collected amounts or release the authorization. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
A written quotation states its validity period and what it includes. A quotation without an express validity period must be reconfirmed before payment. If your purchase order contains additional or different conditions, they do not amend our agreement unless an authorized representative expressly accepts them in writing. Mandatory law continues to apply regardless of either party’s standard forms.
Prices, currency, taxes and errors
Prices for United States orders are stated in US dollars. The order summary shows the product price, applicable sales tax, shipping and any required additional charge before you pay. Optional delivery services require your selection or express approval; we do not treat an unchecked or undisclosed service as authorized.
Prices and offers may change for future orders. A later website price change does not change an accepted order. Where a material error affects a proposed order, we will explain the correction and seek your agreement or cancel and refund the affected unshipped goods. An error clause does not authorize us to charge a higher price without consent or excuse a misleading product description.
Tax treatment depends on the destination, goods and applicable law. If claiming an available exemption, provide valid documentation through the process we designate before payment where possible. We do not promise tax-exempt treatment merely because a business name is entered. See Payment & Sales Tax.
Payment authorization and payment security
Use a payment method displayed in the secure checkout. Payment-provider availability can vary; a logo elsewhere on the website is not an offer of a method that checkout does not accept. By submitting payment, you authorize the displayed order total and no additional undisclosed amount.
Your payment may be authorized or collected as disclosed during checkout. An authorization can temporarily reduce available funds before a charge settles. If verification is required, we request only information reasonably necessary for the transaction. We do not ask you to send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or banking credentials by email.
We may pause an order to resolve a payment failure or credible security concern, while honoring applicable shipment and refund duties. Any deposit, installment, financing or special payment arrangement requires express terms before acceptance. These terms do not create a credit account, subscription or recurring-payment authorization.
Product descriptions and suitability
Review the product’s model number, included components and stated specifications. Photographs may show accessories or configurations; the written list of included items and any expressly agreed specification determine what is supplied. Contact us before ordering if an image and description conflict.
Installation can depend on electrical voltage and phase, circuit capacity, ventilation, drainage, clearance, floor loading, lifting access or local permits. You should identify these conditions and obtain qualified advice when required. Our product descriptions and specific promises remain part of the sale; a buyer’s duty to check installation conditions does not excuse incorrect information we provide.
We do not claim that every item is certified for every commercial, food-service or safety-critical use. Applicable certifications and written warranty terms must be checked for the exact model. We will make available the written warranty information required for the sale; do not infer a warranty duration from a different model or brand.
Shipping, risk and delivery problems
The Shipping Policy explains free standard parcel eligibility, processing and transit estimates, freight charges and delay notices. Freight service covers only the agreed delivery level. You must provide accurate access information and safe receiving arrangements; unloading, inside placement and installation are not included unless expressly agreed.
For delivery arranged by us, we remain your contact for loss, transit damage or non-delivery through delivery to the agreed address and service point. We do not make you assume all transit risk merely because goods were handed to a carrier. If you separately appoint a carrier to collect goods, a different collection and risk arrangement requires an explicit written agreement and must comply with applicable law.
Inspect deliveries where safe, retain packaging when practical and report an issue promptly. A clean delivery receipt does not conclusively establish that concealed damage is absent and does not automatically waive a remedy. A carrier investigation does not suspend any refund or other remedy required by law.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our voluntary return offer permits requests for eligible products within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in the Returns & Refunds Policy. That offer is distinct from remedies for defective, incorrect or nonconforming goods. Product-specific voluntary-return exceptions must have been disclosed before purchase.
Request an order change or cancellation promptly using Order Support. We will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped. If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we provide the required delay choice and refund process; a special-order label or cancellation clause does not override applicable shipment-delay rights.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is necessary. Any necessary verification or arrangements for that alternative must be completed within the time required by applicable law. We do not require store credit in place of a refund to which you are entitled. Payment-provider dispute rights remain available.
Written warranties and rights concerning goods
Any manufacturer’s written warranty applies according to its terms and applicable law. The warrantor, covered model, duration, exclusions and claim procedure should be reviewed before purchase. Jumbo Industrial does not create a universal additional product warranty through this page, and it does not replace a stated manufacturer’s warranty with a shorter store-return window.
We will assist with identifying the appropriate support route and supply available order documentation. A manufacturer’s service process does not remove obligations we have as the seller. See Warranty & Product Support.
These terms do not disclaim implied warranties where doing so is prohibited, eliminate responsibility for an express product promise, or exclude a remedy that applicable law preserves. Consumer-product protections can apply to equipment even when it is marketed for professional work. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury or other loss to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Safe installation and use
Read the exact-model instructions and warnings before assembly, installation or operation. Use appropriate training, protective equipment and qualified personnel. Do not operate damaged equipment, defeat guards or use a product outside its documented limits. A buying guide or support email does not replace applicable electrical, building, fire, workplace or food-safety requirements.
We do not authorize a safety-critical modification through general website content. Seek written manufacturer guidance where compatibility, repair or installation is uncertain. These precautions do not release us from liability for a defect, inaccurate express representation or another obligation imposed by law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may update available account details through My Account or contact support. Account closure does not automatically cancel a pending order or erase records we must retain. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or a material breach, but doing so does not extinguish valid order, refund or privacy rights.
Do not submit fraudulent orders, access another person’s account, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, evade security controls or collect another customer’s personal information. Lawful browsing, accessibility tools and legitimate customer complaints are not prohibited by these rules. We may investigate credible misuse and take proportionate steps consistent with law.
Website content, reviews and third-party services
The website’s original text, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use product information for ordinary shopping, operation and support, subject to rights in any manufacturer’s documents. These terms do not grant ownership of our trademarks or authorize misleading use of another brand.
If you choose to submit a public review, you give us a nonexclusive permission to display and format that review for its intended purpose. You retain ownership. Do not include another person’s confidential information or content you have no right to submit. We do not treat private order-support messages or photographs as permission to publish them in advertising.
We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or confidential content. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or require customers to surrender lawful review rights. Manufacturer documents and payment-provider services can have their own terms. A link to an independent website does not make every statement there our promise, but it does not remove our duties for a sale we make.
Disputes, applicable law and preserved remedies
We encourage you to contact customer service with the order number and requested resolution so we can investigate. Informal support is not an agreement to shorten a legal deadline or give up a remedy. You may use an available payment-provider dispute process, contact a regulator or bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
These terms do not require arbitration or waive class proceedings. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the relevant legal rules, including mandatory federal and state consumer protections.
There is no blanket waiver of injury claims or universal purchase-price liability cap in these terms. Any separately negotiated commercial limitation must be express, lawful and appropriate to the particular transaction; it cannot be introduced after purchase through a changed website page.
Changes, interpretation and continuing obligations
We may update these terms for future use and orders by posting a revised effective date. The version made available when an order was placed governs that order unless you expressly agree otherwise or a change is required by law. Material changes that require notice or consent will be handled accordingly; continued browsing is not used as blanket consent to a new charge or unrelated data use.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a general waiver. An agreed product-specific term controls its particular subject to the extent consistent with mandatory law; these terms do not erase an express product representation or statutory protection. Obligations that by their nature continue, including payment for accepted goods, valid refunds and lawful record retention, survive account closure.
