The design of the U-200P allows the operator to set the front and back stops for V-Nail insertion based on the width of the moulding. The frame is then moved across the nail head and V-Nails are driven or stacked anywhere along the frame joint area.
• The V-Nail insertion is actuated through the use of a two position pneumatic pedal. Press halfway down to automatically activate the vertical clamping holding moulding in place, then by pushing the pedal all the way down inserts the V-Nail fastener. This process is repeated for each V-Nail insertion location.
• Moulding Width: 0.25: to 7.0” – Moulding Height: 0.25 to 3.14” – Max Distance Between V-Nails: 7.0”
