Culinary gas supply
Six large-capacity cylinders for your cream-siphon station
Build your whipped-cream and culinary-foam supply around a clearly defined quantity: six ExoticWhip cylinders, each containing 2000g of nitrous oxide. That is 12kg of gas across the pack, with the equipment requirements and individual-cylinder specifications explained below.

Plan the supply. Match the equipment.
A bulk gas supply for repeat culinary preparation
ExoticWhip positions its 2000g cylinder for high-volume professional food preparation. Its current Original range uses unflavoured, food-grade N2O for applications such as whipped cream, dessert foams and cocktail toppings.
The six-pack can suit a kitchen that already uses a compatible cylinder-fed siphon setup and wants several cylinders on hand. For an occasional user, the practical question is whether this quantity matches the amount of preparation and suitable storage space available.
The gas is one part of the system. Your dispenser, recipe and approved charging method determine the finished result; cylinder size alone does not set a serving count.

What connects the cylinder to your dispenser?
A large cylinder needs a controlled connection to a suitable cream siphon. The overview below identifies the components; it is not an installation or charging procedure.

Use the gas- and pressure-specific regulator specified by ExoticWhip. Do not modify a regulator or use an adapter between the cylinder valve and regulator to force a fit. Follow the instructions supplied with both the regulator and dispenser.
This listing specifies six tanks. It does not specify a regulator, hose, adapter or dispenser as included. The diagram explains the equipment relationship and does not represent the contents of the pack.

How 2000g compares with the smaller cylinders
The 2000g size holds 650g more gas than the 1350g cylinder, approximately 48% more by mass. That comparison describes the supply in one cylinder. It does not predict a fixed number of desserts, dispenser charges or hours of service.
| Cylinder | Gas fill | Published dimensions |
|---|---|---|
| 670g | 670g | 8.0 × 8.0 × 25.2cm |
| 1350g | 1350g | 10.1 × 10.1 × 32.0cm |
| 2000g — this product | 2000g | 12.3 × 12.3 × 35.5cm |
For purchasing, compare the quantity you actually use between deliveries with the number of cylinders you can store correctly. A larger gas reserve can reduce how often a cylinder needs replacing; a smaller cylinder may better suit limited space or lighter use.

From gas supply to finished food
Where it fits in a culinary workflow
Whipped-cream service
For desserts and beverage toppings made with a suitable siphon. Plan your preparation around the dispenser’s permitted recipe and fill capacity.
Cold foams & espumas
For compatible culinary mixtures, where the recipe and equipment support the desired texture. ExoticWhip’s own 0.5L siphon is intended for cold mixtures only.
Repeated batch preparation
For kitchens keeping reserve cylinders available. Track usage by your actual recipes and service pattern to make future ordering more predictable.
Do not assume every ExoticWhip accessory takes every cylinder size. The separate countertop ExoticWhip Creamer lists 670g cylinders in its specifications; that is different from a siphon used with a separate regulator.

Before you order
Practical questions, clear answers
Is 2000g the weight of the whole tank?
No. It is the nominal gas fill. The manufacturer separately lists a cylinder weight of 5.4kg. Across this six-pack, the stated gas fills add up to 12kg; that is not the shipment’s gross weight.
Does it connect directly to an 8g cartridge holder?
Do not treat this large cylinder as a drop-in cartridge. It needs the regulator, hose and suitable siphon connection described above. Some dispensers require their maker’s cartridges. Confirm a manufacturer-approved setup before buying; a dispenser accepting small cartridges does not, by itself, confirm that it supports a cylinder-fed setup.
How many whipped-cream portions will the pack make?
There is no single dependable serving count for every setup. Recipes, portion sizes, dispenser capacity and the approved charging method vary. Use your established batch yield for ordering; dividing cylinder mass by cartridge mass does not guarantee that many successful refills.
Will a larger cylinder fix runny cream or poor yield?
More gas capacity alone will not resolve a preparation or dispenser problem. Consult your dispenser’s manual for the correct chilling, permitted fill level, seal checks and preparation method. Use its approved charging instructions rather than adding pressure to compensate.
Can I refill the empty cylinders?
No. The manufacturer identifies this cylinder as disposable. Buy the correct replacement cylinder when exhausted and follow the handling and disposal guidance below.
Does the gas add a flavor?
ExoticWhip describes its current Original range as unflavoured food-grade N2O. Your recipe supplies the flavor; choose ingredients and preparation methods appropriate to your dispenser.
How can I check a bottle’s authenticity?
ExoticWhip provides a bottle-authentication guide using the product’s verification code. Follow the instructions associated with your bottle and contact the manufacturer if authentication fails or the identification is unclear.
Handling & ownership
Store, handle and dispose of cylinders correctly
For culinary use only. Do not inhale. Keep cylinders upright during use and transport, out of children’s reach, protected from sunlight and in a well-ventilated location. Do not expose them to temperatures above 50°C (122°F). Keep away from combustible materials; keep valves and fittings free of oil and grease.
Nitrous oxide is an oxidizer, and the contents are under pressure. Do not pierce or burn a cylinder, even after use. When exhausted, follow the manufacturer’s residual-gas procedure and your local disposal requirements. Do not place a pressurized cylinder into ordinary recycling.
Read the ExoticWhip cylinder user manual (PDF) before use; retain the instructions supplied with your equipment.
