Manage browser privacy choices
Use the privacy form below to save a choice for this browser. Optional analytics is off by default. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal takes precedence over an inconsistent permission to enable optional analytics or covered advertising activity. The confirmation identifies whether a choice was saved for this browser and, when you are signed in, your account.
No email address, order number or customer account is required for a browser-level opt-out. For access, deletion, correction or help applying a request to records that cannot be connected to this browser, use the contact methods below. A browser preference does not erase existing transaction records.

Submit a privacy request

Tell us whether you want access to information, a copy, correction, deletion, an opt-out or an appeal. For a request concerning account or order records, include the associated email address so we can locate them and your state of residence so that we can identify the applicable process. A browser-level opt-out does not require an account, order number or email address. An order number is helpful for an order-related request but is not required for a general website-privacy request.
A mail link opens your email application; it does not submit a request automatically. Send the message to complete the request. If you cannot use email, use telephone or mail. We do not require payment or a purchase to exercise a privacy right.
Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising
Use the privacy form on this page to select “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” for this browser and, when confirmed, your signed-in account. For help applying an opt-out to other customer records, email info@jumboindustrial.com or call us. These choices cover processing subject to sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out rights. The legal meaning can include technology-based transfers that do not involve money. We do not require you to prove that a particular transfer occurred before accepting an opt-out request.
Where required by applicable law, recognized browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are treated as an opt-out for the processing covered by that signal. A signal does not prevent us from using information to fulfill your order, secure an account, record your choice or comply with law. The older Do Not Track setting is different. Our website does not change its information practices in response to Do Not Track signals.
If you use different browsers or devices, review their settings separately. Where we know an applicable choice is connected to an account, we apply the choice at the scope required by law. Read the Cookie Policy for information about browser storage and clearing cookies.
Marketing and account choices
Use the unsubscribe mechanism in a marketing email or contact us to stop promotional email. We honor promotional-email unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and maintain the minimal suppression information needed to remember your choice. Marketing consent is not a condition of an ordinary equipment purchase.
You can still receive payment confirmations, delivery updates, recall or safety information and responses to your service requests. Those messages serve the transaction or another necessary purpose. Changing an email-marketing preference does not delete an account, cancel an order or automatically change a browser’s tracking settings.
To update available account information, sign in through My Account. For account closure or information not editable there, contact us. A deletion request may leave records needed for tax, fraud prevention, an unresolved order or another lawful retention reason; we explain applicable limits.
Verification, agents and response times
We may verify identity before disclosing, correcting or deleting personal information to avoid giving it to the wrong person. Verification is proportionate to the request and does not require unnecessary sensitive documentation. Authorized agents can submit requests where allowed, subject to appropriate proof of authority. Browser-level opt-outs do not require identity verification. To apply an opt-out to other records, we ask only for information reasonably needed to locate those records and apply the request.
We acknowledge access, deletion and correction requests within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days, subject to a permitted extension communicated within the initial response period and any shorter applicable deadline. Opt-outs are handled as soon as feasible and within their applicable deadline. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy Appeal” and the reference or date of your request. We review the decision and provide the response and regulator information required by the applicable state law. You may contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator independently.
