Facility Equipment
Equipment for airflow, moisture control and maintenance
Support more consistent working conditions with equipment for ventilation, drying, HVAC service, cleaning and water management. Size the solution for the actual environment, not floor area alone.

Plan for real operating conditions
Ceiling height, temperature, humidity load, air exchange, restrictions, drainage and run time can all change the equipment requirement. Compare manufacturer performance data at conditions close to the intended space and provide access for setup and maintenance.

Size for the load, environment and installation
For dehumidification, define the moisture source, current conditions, target humidity, room volume, operating temperature and drainage method. Rated moisture removal depends on test conditions, so figures measured under different standards or temperatures are not always directly comparable.
For ventilation, airflow is only one input. Account for the intended air changes, ducting or grille resistance, throw, noise and placement. Pumps and cleaning equipment likewise need enough capacity for the fluid, debris, lift, run time and access involved.
Installation shapes performance. Confirm electrical supply, continuous drainage or discharge routes, clearances, filters and service access before selecting a unit. Follow the manufacturer instructions and applicable facility requirements.
