We aim to acknowledge ordinary inquiries within 1–2 business days. An acknowledgment is not necessarily a completed investigation; we will explain the next step if a carrier, supplier or manufacturer must be involved. Statutory deadlines and an on-time return request are not extended by our response time.
Help us find your order
Include your order number, purchaser name, checkout email, product or model and the result you are requesting. If you have no order number, tell us approximately when you ordered. Send relevant photographs of a delivery issue if safe to obtain, with unrelated personal information removed.
