Commercial Kitchen & Refrigeration
Plan equipment around demand, utilities and workflow
Build a dependable food-service workspace with refrigeration, ice, cooking, preparation and beverage equipment sized for peak demand and the physical requirements of the operation.

Choose equipment as part of the operation
Usable capacity, production rate, temperature range, recovery, external dimensions and service access matter together. Confirm electrical, gas, water, drainage and ventilation requirements before ordering, and verify applicable local requirements before installation.
Choose by workflow
Size around the busiest period
Estimate peak production and storage demand rather than daily averages alone. For refrigeration, compare usable storage, product loading, ambient operating limits, door configuration and recovery. For ice equipment, translate peak consumption into an appropriate production rate while allowing for storage, water quality and the machine’s rated conditions.
Measure delivery access and the installed footprint, including doors, drawers, ventilation clearance and service panels. Map utilities before choosing a model. Equipment that fits the nominal opening may still be unsuitable if connections, cleaning access or working aisles are compromised.
Verify the installation plan. Equipment specifications do not replace local code, health, fire, ventilation or licensed-trade requirements. Confirm all applicable requirements with the appropriate professionals and authorities.
